H. Clyde Farrell is senior partner of FARRELL & JOHNSON pllc in Austin (Best Law Firms in Texas in Elder Law 2014 through 2019). Clyde founded this practice in 1993 after completing ten years with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, where he was responsible for the Attorney General’s lawsuits enforcing health and safety standards in nursing homes. He was a founder of the Texas Chapter of NAELA in 1995.
