Last week, NAELA joined MassNAELA and other state advocates to oppose the Massachusetts Governor's plan to evict nursing home residents to convert these facilities into beds for COVID-19 patients. On Monday, April 13, the Governor agreed to only convert closed nursing homes to create the much needed beds and end forced evictions.
