Elder Justice Coalition Supports Sen. Chuck Grassley’s Elder Justice Reform Act

The Elder Justice Coalition offered its support for the Emergency Support for Nursing Homes and Elder Justice Reform Act of 2020 introduced by Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA). The bill would reauthorize the Elder Justice Act and implement important nursing home reforms. NAELA is a founding member of the coalition.
