Tammy R. Lawlor, Esq. is a Partner at Miller & Milone, P.C. in Garden City, New York. Her practice includes Elder Law, Health Law, Trusts and Estates. She graduated from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. She also holds an MBA specializing in Finance.
She represents numerous hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, assisting with their admissions policies, difficult discharges, and Medicaid issues. She counsels private clients with regard to their advance directives, Medicaid planning and Article 81 Guardianship proceedings. She also handles Estate planning, Administration, and Probate proceedings.
She is an active member of the NYSBA Elder Law Section. She is on the Executive Committee as the Co-Chair of the Legislation Committee. She is a member of NAELA and President of NY NAELA. She is on the Hofstra University School of Health Professionals and Human Services Dean’s Advisory Board.
