Veteran's Benefits (2019)

NAELA Summit 2019
Covers the accreditation requirements, but also provides practical tips on how to advise and plan for clients who may need veterans benefits of all types. The VA accreditation program exists to ensure that Veterans and their family members receive appropriate representation on their VA benefits claims. VA accreditation is for the sole and limited purpose of preparing, presenting, and prosecuting claims before VA. This three-hour program fulfills both the initial as well as the ongoing CLE requirements for VA accreditation pursuant to 38 CFR 14.629(b)(1)(iii) and (iv). Contact [email protected] for information on fulfilling this requirement. Presented by Mike Weeks
