Scott Silverberg is an attorney practicing for more than eight years at the Law Office of Stephen J. Silverberg, PC, focusing on elder law, estate planning, and special needs law. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of NAELA, and is the President-Elect of the New York Chapter of NAELA. Scott is a graduate of Fordham Law School (J.D., 2013) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He attained an L.L.M. in Elder Law at Stetson University School of Law. His completion of this program reflects his dedication to the field of Elder Law and the quality of his law practice. As a member of the New York State Bar Association, Scott serves as Vice-Chair of the Practice Management Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section Executive Committee.
