Professional Biography
Eric J. Einhart is a Partner of Russo Law Group, P.C., Long Island’s signature elder law, special needs, and estate planning law firm with offices on Long Island and New York City.
He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship, and taxation, where he assists clients with issues related to long-term care planning, estate and income taxation, government benefits, contested guardianships, and fiduciary appointments.
Eric earned his law degree from New York Law School, graduating cum laude, and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. He was chosen as a New York Metro Rising Star for Estate Planning & Probate by Super Lawyers Magazine 2016-2019.
He is an active NAELA member, serving as editor-in-chief of NAELA News, member of the Programs and Publications Committee, and past vice-chair and current member of the Tax Steering Committee.
