About the Practice
Rice & Rice Attorneys began to implement revocable trust client estate plans more than twenty years ago. Cliff Rice worked with several other attorneys to write the trust language initially used by many estate planning attorneys across the country.

Cliff taught attorneys how to market and to present revocable living trusts to help clients understand trust-centered estate plans. Now, estate plans commonly include revocable trusts. Revocable Living Trusts are one of many types of trusts you may incorporate into your estate plan.
Professional Biography
Clifford J. Rice is licensed to practice in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. He is a partner in the law firm of Rice & Rice Attorneys. His practice is limited to estate planning and elder law for clients who seek tax reduction, asset preservation and probate avoidance. Mr. Rice has been practicing law for more than 45 years and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on estate planning. In the past 25 years, he has attended advanced estate planning courses or taught estate planning and law firm management to other attorneys, CPA’s, insurance professionals, and certified financial planners throughout the United States.
He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Indiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association; Porter County Bar Association and founder of the Illinois Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, and an Accredited Veterans Administration Attorney.
