Enhance Your Member Profile

NAELA offers private attorney members an online profile that is visible to the public looking for an attorney. When you join, your individual information also will automatically appear electronically on the NAELA member directory with your name, firm name, and contact information provided including your website and email.

As an added benefit, NAELA provides members the option to enhance their online member profile. Details below will help you customize your profile to include:

• Demographic information (education, languages spoken, other states in which you are licensed to practice law) - free of charge 
• A brief biography or firm description - free of charge
• A photo - free of charge
• Additional office locations so they appear in city or zip code searches - add now or download application
• Standing out by showcasing your legal expertise in the member directory - add now - or download application     

How to Update Your Contact Information, Add a Photo, or Description of Firm or Demographics

1. Log onto the NAELA website.
2. Click on "Welcome" personalized with your name at the very top of the webpage. 



3. After the page refreshes, you will see your account information and several tabs in blue. Click on the "Update Profile Information" tab. The page will display many areas available to edit  including contact information, photograph (if we have one on file for you), biographical information and addresses. There are hyperlinks to each field, just click on the area name (such as Mailing Address or About Practice) you wish to edit and the hyperlink will open the dialog box for your data input. 



4.  To add/change a photo, click on the little pencil icon to the right. (Allowed file formats are .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, and .BMP. The maximum file size allowed is 1 MB).
