The Health and Long-Term Services and Supports Task Forces of the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities (CCD), the Disability and Aging Collaborative (DAC), and allied organizations asked the administration to use guidance and rulemaking to provide maximum protection for people with disabilities, older adults, and caregivers from coverage loss or disruptions as it implements the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
