This past Monday afternoon, the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service announced that Social Security beneficiaries with dependents who did not file a tax return have until April 22nd to file. NAELA joined other advocates as part of the Consortium for Citizens (CCD) with Disabilities to urge a more comprehensive approach with deadlines overtime.
